Storyline: After several years apart childhood friends Kanika and Nirvana meet by chance, and inadvertently they rekindle their relationship and meet on a regular basis. This puts a strain on their respective marriages and alienates their husbands. It soon dawns on Kanika that she was always in love with her best friend Nirvana, and confides in her husband of the same. Surprisingly enough he understands her and empathises with her. But when she confesses her love to Nirvana, she refuses the proposal. A heartbroken Kanika is inconsolable and makes a terrible decision.
